The Lonely Broccoli in Munich

Super delicious food and very, very friendly service. The restaurant itself is also very nicely decorated with a great view of the open kitchen. It just seems a bit "uncomfortable" because it is very large. We would like to come again.

Super delicious food and super friendly staff. Unusual for Munich. At least in this way. Steaks and side dishes 1A. A little note that you should get to grips with very quickly: Sharpen knives! ? Come back anyway.

We went for dinner with friends. All around a successful evening, very friendly service, nice atmosphere. We will be back definitely.

Big compliments to the service staff! Very friendly and attentive service. But the atmosphere was a bit too cool for us and it seemed rather uncomfortable, and I got my hamburger so badly burned that even the next table could smell it. Of course I got a new one, but that shouldn't happen at the price. My friend's hamburger, which was actually ordered as medium, was completely done and anything but medium. All in all it was a nice experience but we won't come back again.

The restaurant is pretty stylish and modern. The food was absolutely great! Unfortunately, the staff cannot say that. We sat in front of empty glasses most of the time and the orders all came out differently than requested. In addition, no one really felt responsible for our table and the service team ran through the restaurant quite planned. I can only recommend the hotel to optimize the service process and to train the team better. For a moment, the high prices are anything but justified.

Delight in meat in a modern design, open kitchen and excellent quality - but not a cheap pleasure. The dishes are appealing, sometimes extraordinary and solidly prepared. It is a hotel restaurant therefore international audience. Rather not a typical restaurant for locals - but great "to experience something different". Great lounge area with attentive and competent bartenders to bag off!

The quality is good, the chef is very focused on checking each dish and it is worth spending, but the waiting time is longer for people.

Pretty good place for a business lunch. Atmosphere during the evening is a little clinical and not quite cozy enough. There are a few tables you can settle in to, others seem to be in the main walkways. Food is decent overall with a large and interesting selection of sides. Balances of flavours isn't quite there yet in some dishes. All in all pretty good concept for a restaurant tucked away inside a hotel.

Great service! Broccoli was not lonely at all. Mrs Rib Eye joined our table. So did truffled mashed potatoes.

Excellent restaurant (mainly specialized in meat) with very friendly service; we had a 4-course dinner - great! Absolutely recommended. Public transport: Tram 23 right outside the door (stop "Parzivalplatz").

Per se, it is a really nice shop, with a great room concept & good service. It only fails in consequence. In addition, I miss the so often emphasized Modern Meat House the clear differentiation to other steakhouses. The rating in detail: + very good wine selection + good and efficient service + nice location + very tasty side dishes - Meat was full of tendons and unfortunately really tough - Side Dishes came in cold cast iron pans and therefore the garnish after 10 min also - Tatar was for 18 € only a touch of meat - the fact with the sinewy meat was received by the service but not pursued. At 36 € for a piece of meat which does not match the quality, should probably be more than a "sorry" in it All in all, this is a really nice shop, which perhaps promises a little too much with the association "Modern Meat House", but it certainly has potential if they optimize one or the other

A really successful concept and very authentic service. Food is not playful and you can taste the good products. Gladly again!

Had dinner here one night and it was good. The burger was really good and there’s a good selection of wines. Service was good.

Excellent steak house. Ambience nice and dignified and the waiters very courteous. Here emphasis is placed on independence. Appetizers exceptional but very good. The cheese starter is highly recommended here. In the main course, the 400g Chateaubriand is an absolute must. So tender and tasty .... buttery and really medium. As side dishes grilled carrots and sweet potatoes are to be recommended .... only no fries. Everyone can ? Thanks for the great evening with you

Huge buffet at breakfast, amazing service personnel, especially Kyriaki and Mahmoud; hostess was also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!

this place has a short menu and a simple purpose: Fulfil your meat needs. They have a bunch of different cuts, dry aged and whatnot. We went with the tomahawk steak, which was amazingly good. It was also quite expensive as well, it merits to say. They had a dessert tray where they would combine things for you on the spot, which looked amazing. But by that time we were a bit too full to try it. Classy place as well, the waiters were really nice. Can only recommend the place for a special evening.

Phenomenal service, great innovative menu and superb execution all around.

This restaurant is part of the Andaz Hotel. It offers some great food (I can highly recommend the Wagyu burger), but also seems slightly overpriced with some dishes. I had the entrecôte (at around 39€, if I remember correctly) and it left much to be desired. The other dishes my family and I tried were quite delicious, though. The atmosphere is lovely, as the restaurant has a nice decoration and the tables are not too close to each other, creating a relaxing and not tacky atmosphere.

The Lonely Broccoli is a really cool steakhouse. The waiters are very hard the starters and main courses are flawless. Local draft beer. The ambience is very nice at the Andaz Hotel. The open kitchens, as well as the seating and the complete ambiance is simply well done and will make you relax in the evening to a delicious steak and a fine bottle of wine. I am pleased that we now have a five star hotel in Schwabing that you like to visit.

I have to say our visit was a bit disappointing... I’ve been really hyped that there was a new meat orientated restaurant in Schwabing which also claimed to offer vegetarian dishes because my mother doesn’t like meat. First of all the restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Andaz hotel and the interior is very friendly and simple. The staff was super friendly and helped us with the right wine which was tasty. As a starter we had a special from a local butcher but it was basically a normal assorted cold cuts. As a main dish we had seasonal vegetables. For such a high class restaurant it’s not alright to serve seasonal vegetables just uncut and as a whole in a bowl without anything else as a main dish... The other main dish was the meat variations. It’s looked good and was tasty but it contained sausages and „Leberkäse“ which you normally get in a beergarden. The lamb was very good and the pork and beef was alright but for a meat specialised restaurant deficiently prepared. They offered sauces with this dish and we later saw on the bill that they costed 3,5€ per sauce ,would’ve been good to know in the first place. All in all I would love to come back to possibly taste a bigger cut. But definitely without a vegetarian person and without the meat variations.

Now that’s what I call a breakfast buffet, not massive in size but really well equipped with good variety. Well presented. Well served. Very attentive team although at times still a little uncoordinated.

Incredible experience , everything in your plate is sourced from local producers and it shows! They were some of the best cuts of meat we've ever eaten, the lamb and beef are butter-like tender and the meat platter to share is also an excellent option. The setting is very nice, the staff friendly and helpful. Special mention to the sommelier who went the extra mile and really helped guide us through the wine list with excellent advice. Even for those not staying at the hotel I would more than recommend going there for a meal or two. It's certainly high on our must-go list of places next time we're back in Munich!
